THE CHALLENGE

Wodpod offers a collection of exercises organized by the parts of the body you want to train or by difficulty.

Speed, strength, endurance are just some of the aspects you can improve by choosing the right challenge.

LET THE CHALLENGE START

The Challenge consists of a list of exercises: the WODs (Workout Of the Day). You can consider the challenge accomplished only if you execute the WODs in the pre-established time.
Completing the challenges and the WODs in the right time, is essential to achieve concrete results and to have an effective training.

Wod

Before starting out with an exercise, you can discover what awaits you by reading the instructions, watching the video tutorials and preparing the tools you will need for training. This intro is essential for not wasting time between one exercise and another and winning the timer challenge.

OVERCOME YOUR LIMITS

WODPOD keeps track of all the workouts you have done and their results by clearly indicating which ones you have accomplished in the right time. The goal is to monitor your progress and share it on social media right away.

THE TIMER

The timer is the key element of the interface: it is designed to make you immediately understand not only how much time you need to complete the single exercise, but also how much it remains to complete the entire challenge. A bar of the screen reminds you which workout you are doing and which is the next one for you, so that you have all the elements to dose your breath and strength.

ONE MINUTE CHALLENGE

If you are looking for an intense challenge, there is the "1 minute challenge" section. In this case, your goal is to make as many repetitions as possible of a specific exercise in 60 seconds.
If you do not succeed you can always abandon the challenge, but your trainer will not be happy!
